PLACING AN ORDER

Do your items fit true to size?

Yes, our clothing fits true to size.

Where can I find the sizing chart?

You may find our General Size Guide for each item in a chart at the bottom of the main page. Specific item size guides can be found in the item description (if applicable).


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online payments through Credit and Debit card. We also accept Apple Pay.

Can I add a discount code after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to apply discounts after orders have been placed. Please make sure to apply the discount before checkout.

Can I make revisions to my order?

Changes can only be made within 24 hours of the order being placed, please email info@deeholliday.com.

Can I cancel my order?

We can only cancel your order within 24 hours of your order being placed. Please email info@deeholliday.com immediately.

SHIPPING

How long will it take to process my order?

It will take 10-15 business days from the date of your order to process.

How much is the shipping fee?

We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $10 on all orders.

Which courier do you use for delivery?

Our standard shipping option is USPS.
How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your order via the USPS website which will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

Do you ship to my country?

At the time, we only ship within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska).

How long does it take for my package to arrive?

Orders take approximately 3 to 5 days to arrive once shipped within the U.S. and you will receive a USPS tracking number in the shipment confirmation sent to you.

Missing or lost packages

We will not refund any customer whose order did not arrive due to an incorrect shipping address provided to us.

Why does it say 'Delivered" on USPS but I haven't gotten anything?

Please contact your local postal service to locate your order. It is your responsibility once the ordered is marked “delivered” in tracking. Although we understand the frustration, you must take this matter up with USPS.

There isn't any recent update on my tracking, what should I do?

If your order has not updated for a few days, please contact info@deeholliday.com.

I have been checking on USPS and it says "Pre-Shipment", what does that mean?

There are a number of factors why your order would still in pre-shipment, your order should not be stuck in pre-shipment for more than a few days.

What should I do if my order was marked "Returned to Sender". Will I get another order shipped to me?

You need to report this to us at info@deeholliday.com and we will reach out to you as soon as possible.

Why did I only receive part of my order? Where are my other items?

There are instances when we send out your orders separately. Please send us an e-mail at info@deeholliday.com to further assist you.      

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

All of our products are “made to order” so we do not offer any returns or exchanges on products.

I received a damaged order, what can I do?

Please send an email with a photo of the damaged item to: info@deeholliday.com and we will get back to you.

I received an item that was different from what I ordered.

Please send an email with a photo of the incorrect item to: info@deehollidayc.com and we will get back to you.
